Assembly and Wiring

BDE Switchgears has developed a modern assembling and wiring shop with highly skilled wire men and precision tools. Our assembling and wiring facilities include:

• Busbar bending machines
• Bubar punching machines
• Busbar heat shrinking machines
• Bakelite cutting machines
• Pneumatic tools for tightening
• Portable drills and tapping machines
• Various other small machines like wire strippers, cutting, crimping ,etc.

To ensure dust and vermin proofing of panels, EPDM gaskets are used. The control and Power Circuit wires are done with proper printed computerized ferrule and maintenance. Safe wiring is laid down by using plastic grommet and flexible conduits. Wiring is bunched nicely with the PVC duct, also loose wiring in plastic spiral.

BDE Switchgears can boast upon its raw material including CRCA steel sheets are purchased from internationally acclaimed producers like Bhushan, Essar & Jindal Steels and Electrolytic Grade Aluminium is of Hindalco make, and Copper Busbar of Sterlite make. Wiring will be done with Havells, Polycab, Finolex make wires and thimbles will be of Dowells, Jainsons make only
